Dear Client,
We are deeply appreciated for you to choose AETOS Capital Group Pty Ltd (“AETOS”) as your trading partner and financial service provider in the past years. We also thank for your continuous support and trust to the AETOS brand as well.
As a leading Australian Financial Service Provider, AETOS has constantly respected and abided by the rules and compliance requirements of Australian Securities & Investments Commission (“ASIC”) while adhering to our principles of “Fairness, Efficiency and Intelligence”.
In light of recent communications by ASIC, AETOS has stopped accepting clients resided in mainland China and decided to transfer its existing clients residing in mainland China to Multibank FX International Corporation, a regulated financial service provider in the British Virgin Islands with a trading name of “MBG Markets” which is part of the MultiBank Group. AETOS believes this is the best possible option for those clients. AETOS will work closely with MBG Markets to ensure a smooth transfer of services and your funds currently held with AETOS to minimize disruption to your trading experience. The terms and validity period of existing promotion programs will also remain the same.
Transfer of Financial Services
We refer to the current version of the Product Disclosure Statement (“AETOS PDS”) and Terms and Conditions (“AETOS T&Cs”) between AETOS Capital Group Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 125 113 117; AFSL 313 016) and yourself which is available on our website of www.aetoscg.com.
Pursuant to clause 22 of the AETOS T&Cs, AETOS exercises its right to terminate the AETOS PDS and AETOS T&Cs by 15 June, 2019. This email constitutes written notification to you of AETOS’ decision to terminate its services to you.
The followings are:
Product Disclosure Statements of MBG Markets (“MBG Markets PDS”);
Terms and Conditions of MBG Markets (“MBG Markets T&Cs”).
If you agree to:
the proposed transfer of services outlined above;
the MBG Markets PDS; and
the MBG Markets T&Cs.
No action or response is required from you. We will handle the transfer process together with MBG Markets including the transfer of your personal information and any data held by us to MBG Markets for their onboarding purposes. If you object to this transfer of personal information and data, please notify us by 7 June, 2019.
Your account with AETOS will be transferred to MBG Markets on 9 June, 2019. From 10 June, 2019 onwards, you will become a client of MBG Markets.
If you do not agree to the proposed transfer of services outlined above, you must:
contact us by 7 June, 2019;
close all of your open positions before market closes on 15 June, 2019; and
withdraw all funds deposited with us.
If you do not close your positions before the above-mentioned deadline, AETOS will close your positions on your behalf according to the market closing price on 15 June, 2019.

AETOS艾拓思相信，转移客户至MBG Markets是在当前监管条件下，对现有客户影响最小的方案。AETOS艾拓思会与MBG Markets共同努力，确保此次客户转移平稳有序，同时确保转移以后的交易体验以及各项市场政策维持不变。

金融服务转移安排
根据AETOS艾拓思（A.C.N. 125 113 117; AFSL 313 016）官网www.aetoscg.com 发布的产品披露声明（“AETOS PDS”）以及AETOS艾拓思与客户之间的条款与条件（“AETOS T&Cs”）。
在AETOS T&Cs第22款，AETOS艾拓思有权在2019年6月15日终止AETOS PDS和AETOS T&Cs。此邮件同时作为书面通知决定终止AETOS艾拓思为您所提供的金融服务。
以下是：
MBG Markets的产品披露声明（“PDS”）；
MBG Markets的条款与条件（“T&Cs”）。
如果您同意:
上述所讲的服务转移; 以及
MBG Markets的产品披露声明（“PDS”）；以及
MBG Markets的条款与条件（“T&Cs”）。
您不需要作出回复，AETOS艾拓思会与MBG Markets一同进行服务转移，我们同时会将您的个人信息转移至MBG Markets作开立账户用途。如您反对将您个人信息进行转移，则请您在2019年6月7日前通知我司。
您的AETOS艾拓思账户将会在2019年6月9日转移至MBG Markets，自2019年6月10日起，您将成为MBG Markets的客户。
如果您不同意上述服务转移, 请您务必：
在2019年6月7日前联系我司；并
在2019年6月15日收市前自主关闭您交易账户的全部仓位；同时
办理提取您在AETOS艾拓思交易账户中的资金。
如果您在2019年6月15日收市前未自主关闭您交易账户的全部仓位：
AETOS艾拓思将于2019年6月15日收市后对您的持仓仓位按照2019年6月15日收市价格进行强制平仓。
