SendOrderBasic脚本可以轻松提交市价单或挂单，可以带上止损，获利。此脚可以设置买入，卖出，买入限价，卖出限价，买入止损或卖出止损订单。Order type：0代表Buy，2代表Buy limit……
Buy order types note：0=Buy, 2=Buy limit, 4=Buy stop
Sell order types note：1=Sell, 3=Sell limit, 5=Sell stop
Price for pending orders ：默认挂单交易量
Take profit level (in pips)：止盈点数
Stop loss level (in pips)：止损点数
Order slippage：最大允许滑点点数
Order size (in lots)：默认交易量
